Wakes and Memorials at Naval Aviation

Our air-conditioned AgustaWestland Conference Room is situated in Hall 1 of the Museum, close to our exhibitions and with easy ground level access. It is available for private hire for funeral wakes and memorial gatherings of up to 50 people for £250 + VAT for a three-hour booking. The space provides a comfortable and private setting for family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones to come together following a funeral or memorial service.

We can arrange a buffet lunch or afternoon tea and refreshments for you through one of our trusted catering partners, with packages available from approximately £16 + VAT per person, dependant on your requirements. Menus can be tailored to suit the size and style of your gathering, and our team will be pleased to discuss your requirements and help create an appropriate arrangement for your event.

We understand that organising a gathering following a bereavement can be a difficult time.
