Reserve Collection Experience at Cobham Hall
Following the sell-out success of our first Reserve Collection Experience, this exclusive behind-the-scenes experience is returning to Cobham Hall.
The Experience
Discover the hidden world of the Royal Navy Museums: Naval Aviation reserve collection and get closer than ever to historic aircraft and objects that are not normally on public display.
Led by experienced guides, all former members of the Fleet Air Arm, this experience offers a fascinating insight into more than 100 years of Fleet Air Arm and Royal Naval Air Service history. The 90 minute experience includes:
- A welcome and safety briefing
- A specially guided tour of the reserve collection
- An exclusive Q&A session with one of our Principal Conservators
- Insight into the conservation and preservation work that takes place behind the scenes to care for these important pieces of naval aviation heritage
With just 14 places available per tour, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to explore the collection at close quarters, hear the stories behind the aircraft and objects, and ask questions along the way.
During the experience, you’ll see:
